"88 Korean Kitchen" restaurant faces challenges in efficiently managing food inventory, potentially leading to waste and high storage costs. This research aims to develop a web-based food inventory management system using the Just-In-Time (JIT) method to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste. The system is designed to provide real-time inventory monitoring, automatic notifications when stock approaches the minimum threshold, and integration with suppliers for efficient food procurement. The use of web technology allows for easy and flexible access for management. The results of the research show that the developed system can improve inventory management accuracy, reduce operational costs, and increase customer satisfaction. The implementation of this system is expected to provide an effective solution to the inventory management challenges at "88 Korean Kitchen" restaurant.
